  1. The full term fee is paid in advance, before the first lesson.
  2. Once the term has begun, fees are not refundable.
  3. One lesson per term may be rescheduled, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  4. A lesson missed without notice is counted as taken and is not made up.
  5. Online lessons are held on Zoom or Google Meet.
  6. Paying the term fee confirms that you have read and accepted these terms; your acceptance is recorded with the date and time.
